The Committee of the Ninth Heaven Literature & Arts Association (Incorporated No. INC2501313) has formally adopted a resolution, made pursuant to the written direction of the Appointer, Ninth Heaven Group Pty Ltd (ACN 691 520 662) and under clauses 13 and 38 of the Association’s Constitution.
